HOW IT WORKS
You can contact us using the form below to kickstart your white label journey. We will ask for your concept/ideas, MOQ and the kind of retail price point you are looking for. We can work to your budget, from en masse retail candles to high-end, luxury boutique designs.
Once we get to know you a little better, we will look to create a mood board for you, so we can really hone in on the look, feel and market fit of your brand/collection/merchandise. We will then give you a comprehensive list of available vessels / packaging solutions and if we need to create labels, some mock up designs for you to look over. The fun part is choosing a perfect scent profile from our extensive library of fragrances. Once we know exactly what you want, then we will draft a final cost, factoring in your ideal RRP, offering the best margins available.
You can either choose for us to design your artworks, logos, labels in house and use our tried, trusted printers to get the perfect labelling for you, OR if you have your own artwork, this can be sent to us to use. The choice is yours.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
That really depends on the vision and bredth of the range you want to white label. A standard rule of thumb is, the concept creation stage can take a week or 2 with back and forth sign offs on the aesthetic goal for your brand/range. Once we get to testing, candles can take a month to ensure legal compliance before reselling, whereas wax melts, diffusers or room sprays can take 2-3 weeks. All in all, we will aim to get you compliant and complete as soon as possible and will be able to give a much better ETA once the project goal is established.
We will offer a breakdown invoice of all the costs involved in your creation. Right down to cost per unit, any design costs, labour costs, printer set up costs for bespoke packaging, everything will be given to you ahead of time. In order for us to move forward on your project, we will require receipt of full invoice payment. At which point, all supplies required will be ordered and the execution of the project will take place. We do offer payment services on our store such as Laybuy, Clearpay & Klarna, you are welcome to use these payment methods at checkout if your account meets the criteria.
